Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and will wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.  If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.

* Wait time rate: Ambulatory - $18 for every hour, any additional 15 minutes will be added $4.50 for wait time. Wheelchair - $30 for every hour, any additional 15 minutes will be added $7.50. 
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 25 miles from our offices, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for passenger transportation will apply.

 

After Hours rate: 

Ambulatory - extra $2 on base rate

Wheelchair - extra $5 on base rate
